Through photographs, I strive to capture loss, mourning, healing, and community. I have been blessed with communities from Boston to Colorado to Rwanda to Mexico. The photographs span my personal journey with loss and healing, my work in community healing after violence, and capture a life of transition and exploration.

Mourning becomes a moment of celebration during Dia de los Muertos each year in Mexico, when families gather to celebrate the dead through places food and drink on their grave sites.

I am always moved to a sense of peace in grave yards.
